We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Strategist who operates at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and commercialization. As a growing practice, we move quickly and continuously evolve our offerings. The right candidate is energized by that environment.

  • Collaborate closely with team engineers to define solution blueprints and success metrics.
  • Ensure alignment with MLR, regulatory, privacy, and IT/security standards from inception.

2. Evangelism & Enablement

  • Serve as a team representative across the network and with clients.
  • Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations, workshops, and training.
  • Advance responsible, compliant, and commercially viable AI adoption in pharma,.

3. Commercialization & Growth

  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing clients and support new business efforts.
  • Contribute to RFP responses, pitch strategy, and solution scoping.
  • Position AI offerings as outcome-driven and measurable.
  • Help evolve and productize our framework to drive scalable revenue growth.

4. Deployment & Optimization

  • Oversee implementation in collaboration with engineering and platform teams
  • Define KPIs tied to engagement quality, operational efficiency, and business impact.
  • Analyze performance and iterate on agent behavior, orchestration, and workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement across deployments.

5. Governance & Responsible AI

  • Support development of documentation and processes for compliance, risk mitigation, and data governance.
  • Ensure ethical application of generative and agentic AI in regulated healthcare environments.
  • Contribute to internal best practices and standards
