Messaging Ownership: Create core Total Rewards messaging frameworks and ensure consistency across channels.
Content Translation: Turn benefits, compensation, performance, and development into accessible employee and manager communications.
Collaboration & Craft: Partner with project managers and creatives to bring narratives to life and support cascade communications.

Job Description

Own core Total Rewards messaging and ensure global consistency across channels.

Develop core messaging frameworks (what, why, how) for Total Rewards programs that translate to employee communications, manager guidance, and cascade materials.
Translate and simplify complex topics such as benefits, compensation, performance, and development into clear, engaging content.
Partner with project managers and creative teams to bring communication strategies and narratives to life across touchpoints.
