Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal marketing communications and recognition programs that inform, engage, and motivate employees; Leverage internal communications strategies to support overall business objectives; Gather and analyze communications metrics to enable continuous improvement; Ensure alignment and information-sharing across global organization; Support the planning and execution of quarterly all hands meetings; Partner with employees to uncover, draft, and share news stories; Manage content for intranet space and bi-monthly newsletter, ensuring publication of relevant and well-curated content. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the United States.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Digital Media, Economics, Public Relations, or Communication, plus two (2) years of experience in the Job offered or closely related marketing specialist role.
• Must have experience with the following: Video editing using Camtasia; Project management using tools such as Smartsheet; Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva; internal intranet spaces like the SAP JAM; Data visualization for core business operations using internal SAP dashboards and Microsoft Excel; Creation of post- meeting surveys using Mentimeter and SurveyMonkey; Creation of change stories and change assessments; and a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software suite.
