  • Reporting & Wrap-up: Own internal weekly reporting (surfacing pacing KPIs and observations) and ensure accurate confirmation of delivery at the end of the campaign.
  • Continuous Improvement: Feed campaign learnings into future strategies. Make data-backed business cases for workflow improvements that have the greatest strategic impact.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Role Model Accountability: Act as a standard-bearer for the Campaign Management team. Raise the performance bar, mentor junior team members, and ensure daily efforts map directly to SuperAwesome’s broader strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in programmatic media buying, or campaign management, ideally within an agency or managed-service ad tech environment.
  • Programmatic Proficiency: Deep, hands-on experience driving optimizations within major DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Beeswax, or Google Ads).
  • Project & Client Management: Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder timelines. Comfortable facing clients directly to gather assets, communicate technical specs, and send updates.
  • Technical Toolkit: Mastery of VAST/HTML5 formats, ad-serving technologies, and 3rd-party measurement vendors (e.g., DCM, Innovid, Moat, IAS).
  • Data Fluency: Highly analytical and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to ingest complex data, act on pacing/margin KPIs, and logically troubleshoot technical setups.
  • Strategic Execution: You don’t just follow steps; you ask why. You can see the "big picture" and translate daily operational actions into commercial success.
