Role Description The Senior Art Director is a contract, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, responsible for leading visual concept development and execution across integrated campaigns and brand initiatives. This role oversees the creative process from ideation to final delivery, guiding design teams and collaborating closely with copywriters, strategists, and account partners to ensure cohesive, high-impact work. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and presenting creative concepts, directing photo and video shoots, refining visual identities, supervising layout and design, and ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines and client objectives. The Senior Art Director will also mentor junior creatives, manage timelines and feedback, and contribute to new business pitches and presentations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Strong Creative Direction skills, including leading multidisciplinary teams, shaping campaign concepts, and maintaining a high creative standard.
• Expertise in Branding and Art Direction, with experience developing and evolving visual identities for luxury or high-profile brands.
• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including advanced use of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, digital and social content, print, and experiential work.
• Ability to present ideas clearly, collaborate cross-functionally, and respond constructively to client and stakeholder feedback.
• Experience working with luxury, fashion, beauty, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
