You will own the local Retirement business growth and market presence, oversee client retention and acquisition, and lead cross‑practice collaboration and day‑to‑day operations to drive revenue and excellence.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Profitably growing the Retirement business in the local market, including overseeing current client retention and growth
- Overseeing acquisition of new clients and go-to-market activities in the local market, including deploying a broader retirement market plan (e.g., solutions, initiatives, targeting)
- Increasing Aon, Wealth, and Retirement practice visibility and raising our profile in the local market
- Connecting to other practices / solution lines in the local market, ensuring we present ourselves as one Aon
- Overseeing the “running of the business” for the local market, including general operations, financial management, and delivering quality service and professional excellence
- Overseeing management of colleagues, including career development, staffing clients and prospects aligned to the office, talent acquisition, and colleague engagement
- Communicating the firm’s direction, vision, and values to the local team
- Collaborating across Aon solution lines in the local market to maintain and grow office culture, as well as develop and engage colleagues
- Ensuring compliance with Aon, Wealth, and Retirement policies and application of best practices
- Responsible for attaining specific target revenue growth, sales, productivity, and operational measures in the local market.
Requirements
- 12-15 years of Retirement or Pension Experience
- ASA OR FSA Credentials
- Skills: Actuarial, Client Facing, People Management
