Own frontline retail engagement to turn conversations into qualified leads and scheduled sales opportunities, while coordinating with the sales team to move customers through the purchase cycle.

Engage customers on the floor, qualify interest quickly, and generate structured leads.
Schedule appointments for equipment purchases and align with the sales team to drive conversions.
Provide product information, uphold safety and company policies, and maintain an informative booth presence.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Proactively interact with prospective customers and engage them in conversation.
Set appointments for the purchase of new air conditioning/heating equipment and/or water heaters.
Provide information to customers to help them in their purchasing decisions for Rite Way's products and services.
Travel to retail outlet and perform work independently and with little to no supervision.
Accurately and timely processes leads into the leads capture application.
Communicate with sales manager daily regarding leads generated.
Maintain table/booth with information regarding Company products and services.
Observes all safety and company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
Treat all customers as a priority.
Attends all training programs as required.

Requirements

Ability to quickly engage with people.
Salesmanship and persuasiveness.
Possess a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to prospective new customers.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
Experience in setting appointments or sales of some type is a plus, but not required.
Excellent personal hygiene and professional appearance are required.
Must be able to lift, lower, push, and pull objects of up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
Must be able to continually stand for extended periods of time in indoor conditions.
Work in this position is generally conducted in a retail sales environment.
This position requires continuous standing for at least four hours at a time.
