Responsibilities

• Represent client campaigns at retail and event locations
• Approach and engage customers throughout the day
• Introduce campaigns and communicate key information clearly
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and interest
• Answer questions and respond confidently to different customer situations
• Build rapport and create positive interactions
• Encourage interested customers to take the next step
• Work toward individual and team campaign targets

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, events, or another customer-facing environment, although this isn’t essential for the right candidate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident approaching and speaking with new people
• Present themselves professionally in customer-facing environments
• Comfortable working toward individual and team targets
• Can learn new information quickly and communicate it clearly
• Reliable, adaptable, and receptive to feedback
• Enjoy working in a busy, performance-focused environment

Preferred

• Previous experience representing a brand, campaign, or product directly to customers would be an advantage.
