Responsibilities

The Residential Talent Assistant will utilize a variety of methods to assist with the implementation of effective recruiting strategies for all residential locations in the company. The Residential Talent Assistant will use marketing techniques for employment branding and customer relationship management to connect with candidates and communicate the career paths available at Centre for Neuro Skills. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Partners with hiring manager and other leaders to ascertain key requirements for roles and interview plans for scheduling purposes. Offers recruitment expertise and consulting to hiring managers in order to improve recruitment results.
• Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone, video call system, or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers.
• Conducts regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Researches and recommends new sources for candidate recruiting. Build networks to find qualified candidates.
• Represents the company at campus recruiting event and professional recruiting events.
• Communicates consistently with directors, managers, HR, and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Leads the scheduling of candidate interviews within the residential program.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

Experience and Education

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Work Experience: Experience working with an automated applicant tracking system and social networks for recruiting. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Specialized Knowledge: General knowledge of employment laws, policies and practices related to recruitment and hiring. Clear and concise oral and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others to achieve desired results.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are arrived at each unique case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary is $22.00 - $31.50 per hour.
