Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person outreach throughout assigned rural communities
• Establish relationships with home health agencies, hospitals, clinics, Rural Health Clinics, senior organizations, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare/community organizations
• Introduce healthcare services to potential referral and community partners
• Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations
• Identify new community partnership opportunities
• Attend appropriate healthcare and community events
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, outreach activities, and follow-up
• Provide regular updates regarding outreach activity and market opportunities

Requirements

• Independent Contractor (1099) status
• Reliable transportation is required
• Comfortable with significant regional driving
• Occasional overnight travel will be necessary when covering more distant rural communities

Preferred

• Healthcare marketing, home health, medical sales, senior-care outreach, community outreach, or business-development experience preferred
• Existing relationships with healthcare organizations throughout Eastern or Southern Oklahoma are a major plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Professional and dependable
