Job Summary

Own the on-site marketing and sales engine to maximize occupancy and resident retention across designated communities, bridging marketing strategy, training, events, and process discipline with property teams.

Growth & Operations: Plan and execute marketing action plans, set sales goals, and optimize occupancy through traffic and advertising decisions.
People & Training: Mentor Sales Consultants, lead on-site marketing meetings, and ensure leasing processes are followed.
Events & Engagement: Lead marketing events and outreach, and ensure apartment readiness before move-in.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Growth & Operations: Plan and implement marketing action plans, establish sales goals with Property Manager/Regional Property Manager, and evaluate traffic/ad recommendations to optimize occupancy.
People & Training: Mentor and train Sales Consultants, lead on-site marketing meetings with the team, ensure leasing/sales process adherence, and coordinate development as needed.
Events & Engagement: Lead on-site marketing events/open houses, coordinate community outreach with the on-site team, and ensure readiness of apartments with inspections before occupancy.
