About the Role

The Regional Growth Analyst will support Yammii’s regional expansion through business analysis, market analysis, merchant mapping, and growth operations. This role is designed for candidates interested in business analysis, market analysis, strategy, operations, consulting, merchant technology, and startup growth. You will translate local market information into actionable insights for merchant acquisition, market prioritization, and regional growth execution.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to help Yammii build its market intelligence foundation

in selected regional markets and contribute directly to the company’s regional expansion

strategy. The role is well-suited for early-career professionals and high-potential

candidates seeking hands-on exposure to business analysis, market analysis, growth

operations, and regional market development.

What You Will Do

- Support regional growth through business analysis, market analysis, merchant research, and opportunity assessment

- Develop and maintain merchant intelligence databases to support market prioritization, outreach planning, and growth execution

- Analyze local restaurant clusters, merchant categories, competitor presence, and regional expansion opportunities

- Translate market and business insights into actionable recommendations for merchant acquisition and local growth strategy

- Partner with growth teams on pipeline insights, market reports, performance tracking, and process improvement recommendations

What We Look For

- Interest or experience in business analysis, marketing analysis, market research, growth operations, strategy, consulting, or related fields

- Background in economics, finance, statistics, business analytics, marketing analytics, operations, or similar analytical disciplines

- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, written communication, or structured problem-solving ability

- Professional communication ability in English and Mandarin Chinese

Compensation & Program Structure

Compensation may include base pay, performance-based bonuses, business-related stipends, and approved expense reimbursement. Compensation and role scope are reviewed periodically based on individual contribution, market development progress, and business needs.

For full-time conversion opportunities, the typical annual compensation package may range from $55,000 to $70,000, depending on role scope, location, performance, and business needs.
