Responsibilities

• Grow membership enrollment and retention by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that meet the census projection goals.
• Lead marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and using data and CRM insights to evaluate performance and improve decision-making.
• Build community partnerships and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient enrollment processes and strong customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting employee engagement and maintaining high operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field required.
• Minimum of 7 years of marketing and strategy experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, outreach, or enrollment.
• Knowledge and experience in Healthcare, particularly in the California Market.

Preferred

• Master’s Degree (MBA, MHA, or MPH) is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with frail or elderly consumers and their families is preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or Chinese) is strongly preferred
