Job Description
Responsibilities
- Graduate from our Agent Launch
- We have a super dialed 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent closes (or pending) 3.4 transactions during this time, seasoned agent is 9.3.
- Work with buyers to find them the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted!
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Work with sellers to go on listing appointments, convert and market the home.
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments & convert
- Conduct three open houses monthly
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching, Training and Partner Call
Requirements
- REAL ESTATE License
- People oriented
- Driven
- Will show up to the office 3 days or more each week
- Positive, happy attitude
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
- Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
- Learning based & coachable
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
- High school graduate
