Responsibilities

• Paying for lockboxes and delivering signs
• Covering your Monthly MLS fees
• Chasing clients for paperwork and managing transactions
• Covering all costs for marketing, signs, and lockboxes
• Spending time and money on creating newsletters and paying for marketing
• Waiting for your phone to ring
• Marketing: We have a well-established brand and run large marketing campaigns to generate leads for our agents on a daily basis.
• Field services, such as delivering and picking up lockboxes, installing and removing "For Sale" and "SOLD" signs, and providing open house signage and directional signage.
• Listing Coordinators: Our listing coordinators handle all aspects of listing a home, including ordering photos, scheduling appointments, communicating with sellers, and ensuring compliance with all necessary paperwork and regulations.
• They also input and adjust all listings on the MLS and market open houses on social media.

Requirements

• Have a passion for the real estate industry
• Demonstrate commitment and dedication in your work
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a valid real estate agent license in Montana
• Show a dedication to success
• Enjoy interacting with clients and colleagues
• Be able to work autonomously or as part of a team
