Responsibilities
- Prepare concise quality summaries with examples, counts, and recommended follow-up for the appropriate owner.
- Track corrective actions and verify whether agreed process or documentation improvements were completed.
- Review selected records, interactions, documents, or completed work against documented quality criteria.
- Record findings consistently, separating factual defects from coaching observations or process questions.
- Identify recurring error patterns and trace them to unclear instructions, missing information, or broken handoffs.
