Responsibilities

The Photo and Video Content Specialist is responsible for producing engaging, high-quality visual content, including photography, short-form video, and multimedia assets, that supports Inspira Health’s brand, marketing and digital storytelling efforts.
This is a hands-on, production-focused role that requires the ability to plan, capture, edit and optimize visual content for use across social media, web, and communications.
This position also leverages current social media trends and emerging tools, such as AI and automation, to enhance efficiency and audience engagement.
The specialist must demonstrate reliability, follow-through and the ability to adapt to evolving organizational needs and priorities.
This is a hybrid role requiring weekly travel to photo and video shoots at Inspira Health hospitals and other locations across Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in photography, Film/Video Production, Communications, Digital Media, or related field required.
3years of professional experience in photography and video production, including shooting, lighting, and editing.
2 years' experience producing short-form, social-optimized video content (Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
3 years' experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom; After Effects optional but not required).
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of social media platforms and analytics, including how to optimize photo and video content for reach and engagement.
Strong camera operation skills (photo + video) with DSLR/mirrorless systems and mobile devices.
Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, color, and visual storytelling.
Ability to edit both photos and short-form videos quickly and efficiently.

Preferred

Prior experience in health care, nonprofit, or mission-driven environments preferred
Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, CapCut AI) preferred
