Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead integrated communications strategies for global brand initiatives, including sports partnerships, philanthropic programs, innovation, hospitality, and special projects.
  • Translate brand and business priorities into proactive media plans, compelling story angles, and targeted outreach across print, broadcast, digital, social, business, lifestyle, fashion, and technology media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key editors, writers, reporters, producers, and other media contacts across local, national, and global markets.
  • Lead the development of press releases, pitches, talking points, key messages, media statements, Q&As, fact sheets, briefingmaterials, presentations, and digital content.
  • Serve as a strategic communications partner to cross-functional teams and regional offices, providing counsel, driving alignment, and ensuring consistent execution across markets and channels.
  • Manage communications programs from planning through execution, including timelines, approvals, agency or partner coordination, product seeding and gifting, and press-related event support.
  • Oversee media monitoring, reporting, and post-initiative recaps; evaluate results against objectives and apply insights to strengthen future strategies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving media landscape, cultural trends, current events, and competitor activity to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and inform communications planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of public relations or communications experience, preferably within a global brand, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or agency environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated communications strategies for high-profile brand initiatives across multiple channels and markets.
  • Established media relations skills and strong knowledge of the evolving print, broadcast, digital, social, consumer, lifestyle, fashion, business, and technology media landscape.
  • Excellent writing, editing, verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, cross-functional partners, agencies, and regional teams.
  • Sound judgment, business acumen, and an understanding of reputational considerations, with the ability to identify opportunities, anticipate issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Strategic, proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with media monitoring and measurement tools.
