Job Summary

Own and drive integrated public relations programs that build Thom Browne’s luxury brand, cultivate media relationships, and lead cross-functional campaigns across product launches, seasonal narratives, and executive communications.

  • Own the media strategy, relationships, and KPIs for global campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product, Retail, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • NGPartner with the Senior Director, Communications to develop and execute integrated public relations strategies that support business objectives, brand visibility, and cultural relevance.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate brand awareness, strengthen media presence, and reinforce Thom Browne’s positioning within the luxury marketplace.
  • Monitor industry, competitor, and media trends and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Support regional teams with strategic direction and best practices to ensure consistent execution of global brand initiatives.
  • IngBuild and maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists, tastemakers, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Proactively pitch stories and secure impactful editorial coverage across fashion, luxury, lifestyle, arts, and business media.
  • Lead the development and distribution of press materials, including press releases, media kits, and editorial assets.
  • Manage brand storytelling across seasonal campaigns, product launches, collaborations, and corporate initiatives.
  • Coordinate pre-show, post-show, and behind-the-scenes media opportunities.
  • Ment Lead the planning and execution of collection presentations, runway shows, press previews, and media events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 years of Public Relations experience within luxury fashion or premium consumer brands
  • Proven track record of managing high-profile PR initiatives, campaigns, and press events
  • Deep understanding of the luxury fashion, retail, media, and cultural landscape
  • Established network of media, editorial, influencer, and industry relationships
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
  • Strong strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Experience managing agency relationships and external service providers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Launchmetrics, Muck Rack, Lefty, Cision, and other media monitoring platforms
