Job Summary

Support Infoblox’s public relations efforts by drafting executive content, monitoring media trends, and aiding global storytelling.

  • Assist on executive content development, including long- and short-form pieces.
  • Showcase writing interest with PR internships, coursework, or related projects.
  • Gain exposure to media monitoring and cross-team collaboration for timely storytelling.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner on cutting-edge communications initiatives, including assisting on the development of long and short-form content for executives
  • Keep a close eye on the media landscape, maintaining a pulse on what’s trending and timely
  • Bring the Infoblox message to new regions by helping to support our global storytelling
  • Drive program tracking excellence, ensuring coverage is accurately represented in team platforms
  • Partner with other marketing teams, including web team, to ensure key communications webpages remain up to date

Requirements

  • A passion for writing and a strong interest in building a career in public relations or communications
  • Some experience in media/public relations, including relevant past internships, coursework, projects, etc.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills — you enjoy analyzing information, asking good questions, and turning research into clear recommendations or story ideas
  • Ability to learn on the fly, appetite to understand complexities and a knack for breaking down complicated topics
  • Education: Junior or Senior currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related discipline
