Drive PR and media-support activities for a Chuck E. Cheese marketing intern role, with emphasis on media outreach, internal comms support, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Own media outreach and pitch development to support brand campaigns and event launches.
• Manage Media Inbox and Field Marketing Specialist inquiries
• Support Internal Communication functions including writing and editing quarterly newsletters, announcements across various departments, and support Diversity & Inclusion Council Communications efforts.
• Participate in weekly status meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Assist with marketing/PR event logistics and execution.
• Support Social Media Manager with needs including content strategy and creation, community management and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Manage Chuck E. Cheese Fan Mail program and shipping process for Influencer PR boxes
• Create post-campaign PR reports in Meltwater
• Develop content for Company LinkedIn pages.
• Attend cross-departmental and cross-functional meetings.
