Job Summary

Lead cross-border B2B tech PR operations and agency partnerships to secure Tier-1 placements for a growing enterprise SaaS platform.

  • Own agency selection, KPI framing, and ongoing performance governance.
  • Must-have: Experience inside US tech PR agencies or managing them from the client side.
  • Standout: Ability to translate complex tech into high-impact media pitches for executive media.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Agency Selection & Scoping: Participate in the final interview rounds with shortlisted US PR agencies to help executive leadership select the right partner and establish strict performance KPIs.
  • Agency Management: Act as the daily operational point of contact for the retained PR agency, holding them accountable to execution timelines and target publications.
  • Content Translation & Creation: Coordinate with our Head of Marketing and global delivery teams (India, KSA, Center of Excellence) to extract technical data, use cases, and quotes. Translate this dense technical information into compelling, high-level story angles for the PR agency to pitch.
  • Collateral Review: Review and refine press pitches, contributed articles, and briefing documents to ensure our B2B SaaS positioning is flawless before it reaches the media.

Requirements

  • Agency Experience: You must have previous experience working inside a US tech PR agency, or extensive experience managing external agencies from the client side. You need to know exactly how agencies operate and what they need to succeed.
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Proven ability to take complex B2B tech concepts and translate them into macroeconomic business narratives suitable for Tier-1 executive media.
  • Autonomous Operator: Highly organized and comfortable navigating multiple global time zones (coordinating with leadership in the US, Europe, and India).
