Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of public relations and communication strategies.

• Represent clients professionally at events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach programs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and team members.
• Assist with brand awareness campaigns and marketing activities.
• Support customer acquisition efforts through effective communication and relationship building.
• Coordinate event-related activities and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to achieve campaign objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication skills, leadership development, and business growth.
• Provide feedback and insights to help improve customer and client experiences.

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or promotional events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Interest in developing leadership, management, or communications skills.
