Responsibilities

• - Assist across KCPR client accounts and ongoing PR campaigns
• - Maintain client PR trackers, media lists, and coverage reports
• - Track journalist moves, media opportunities, and relevant industry news
• - Research and draft media pitches and other PR materials
• - Maintain awards, speaking, conference, and events calendars
• - Research and submit clients for awards, events, speaking opportunities, and industry lists
• - Take detailed notes during client calls and draft recap/follow-up emails
• - Support media outreach, research, and special projects as needed
• - Manage scheduling, appointments, reservations, and calendar coordination
• - Help keep the office organized and stocked with snacks, beverages, and supplies

Requirements

• College graduate
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Is comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Has strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Is interested in PR, media, venture capital, startups, and technology
• Is comfortable with a role that combines professional PR responsibilities with executive/personal assistant support
• Is based in San Francisco and available to work in-person
