Responsibilities

• Assisting in the development and execution of event-based PR campaigns and communication strategies
• Supporting the planning and coordination of live events, press conferences, and media appearances
• Conducting research to support event planning and public relations initiatives
• Providing administrative and logistical support for events and PR activities
• Building and maintaining relationships with media contacts, event partners, and stakeholders
• Assisting with crisis communication during events when needed
• Tracking and evaluating event performance and campaign effectiveness

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Event Management, Journalism, or related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, especially in event environments
• Creativity and a passion for events and public relations
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and problem-solving skills
