Job Description

Responsibilities

Media relations. Building relationships with and pitching relevant media (tech, business, trade, vertical, online and broadcast), newsjacking and rapid response
Client management. Working directly with clients daily, advising on strategy, implementation, status and performance of PR programs
Influencer relations. Research and outreach to relevant influencers, including industry analysts, academics and thought leaders
Content creation. Press announcements, blog posts, media pitches and thought leadership material
Speaker and awards programs. Identifying key conferences, speaker placement and awards submissions
Social media. Organic campaigns, primarily LinkedIn
Agency. Supporting new business pitching, content creation
Measurement. Reporting programs to industry best practice using our own custom apps

Requirements

8+ years' relevant PR experience, ideally in an agency
Solid academic track record at least to Bachelor's degree level
Deep tech sector domain expertise
Working fluency with AI tools, and a real example of a workflow you've rebuilt with them
Good presentation skills in front of C-level execs
Unflappable, practical, proactive, mature approach
Creative, disciplined, curious, organized
