Job Description
The Public Radio Membership Officer is responsible for supporting Troy Public Radio’s fundraising efforts by working with members of the station’s sustaining member program; assisting in planning the station’s regular fund drives and mail campaigns; and directly responsible for overseeing the fund drive call center.
Minimum Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Related work experience
3. Experience working with clients and/or customers to provide friendly service and quickly resolve issues
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to work well on projects both with a team and individually
6. Excellent interpersonal skills
