Job Description
- Under limited supervision, uses a basic knowledge of public health principles to analyze, develop, implement, and promote new and creative strategies and solutions to address public health issues and challenges.
- Addresses public health issues by providing education, technical assistance, advocacy, public awareness, and research.
- Works with programs or studies designed to evaluate the prevalence or surveillance of public health issues and the effectiveness of targeted interventions.
- May provide technical assistance to organizations to include presentations, web-based resources, strategies, and educational forums to address specific public health issues.
- May work with clinical study sites on patient recruitment and data collection standards. Assists with data collection and data analysis.
- Contributes to proposals, protocols, data analysis plans, reports, manuscripts, and presentation of study findings.
- May assist in designing, developing, and conducting targeted training initiatives.
- May collaborate with external organizations to develop action plans and goals to achieve specific objectives.
- Performs related responsibilities as required.
- Graduate Outcomes and Exit Survey (Data Collection, Analysis & Reporting)
- Lead and implement data collection procedures, analysis, and reporting for the Graduate Outcomes and Exit Survey.
- Collaborate with school partners to ensure the survey meets CEPH accreditation requirements and reporting requirements for the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health (ASPPH).

Assist with dissemination of survey findings to employers, students, faculty, and other stakeholders.
Accreditation & Assessment - Assist in writing required CEPH accreditation documents on behalf of the PASE Center and the Office of Student Affairs.
- Design and facilitate focus groups and a qualitative study assessing students' curricular and co-curricular experiences.
- Community-Engaged Learning (Program Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation)
- Assist the Associate Director of Career Development with planning, implementing, and evaluating community-engaged learning programs, including the Rollins Earn and Learn (REAL) Program and the Global Field Experience Program.
- Keep program resources current, hold virtual office hours to support students, and update the public health pre-departure course and REAL Canvas page.
- Support evaluation of both programs.
- Career Systems Management (12Twenty)
- Lead implementation and evaluation of 12Twenty tools, including Resume Studio and Calendar features.
- Maintain and update the 12Twenty system, assist with employer record clean-up, and monitor daily system functionality.
- Collaborate with the Business Analyst Team in the Office of Student Affairs as needed.
- Marketing, Communications, and Program Evaluation
- Develop marketing and communications materials for all PASE Center events.
- Develop an evaluation plan for all PASE Center and Office of Student Affairs programs, initiatives, and services.
- Assist in implementing virtual career events, including Virtual Career Connections (career fairs), employer information sessions, and public health panels.
- Assist with administration of the RSPH Practicum requirement, including management of the Experiential Learning Hub and advisement of students on securing a practicum.
- Assist the Admissions and Recruitment Team, as needed.
- A master's degree in Public Health, a master of science degree in Public Health or Health Education, OR a master's degree in Development Practice OR a master's degree in another field and one year of public health experience.
