Responsibilities

• Represent promotional campaigns in a professional and positive manner
• Interact with customers and members of the community
• Introduce people to campaigns, services, and promotions
• Answer questions and provide helpful information
• Assist with promotional events and community activations
• Help prepare and organize promotional materials
• Support event setup and breakdown
• Work closely with team members to accomplish daily goals
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
• Help create a welcoming and positive experience for customers and event attendees

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• No previous marketing or promotions experience required

Preferred

• Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, sales, events, fundraising, athletics, or campus organizations is a plus
