Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout campaign lifecycles
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using project management systems
• Maintain timely communication with internal teams and clients through calls and emails
• Translate complex campaign results into clear narratives that demonstrate value to clients
• Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgets

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency
• PMP certification strongly preferred
• Proficiency with project management software and methodologies
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Preferred

• Experience with SEO tools like Screaming Frog and SEMrush
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
• Experience working in fast-paced, remote environments
