Dog friendly office Gym membership monthly reimbursement Tuition Reimbursement What We Are Looking For We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of creative projects inclusive of internal and external traffic and production. Duties will include creation of timelines and allocation of hours to creative staff and other resources. The ideal candidate would handle multiple clients and projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth operations. This creative project manager ensures deadlines are met, resources are assigned and used properly, and budgets are adhered to for all projects. Our project managers are facilitators for the agency, their mantra "Trust the Process". 2+ years of experience in project management for an advertising agency or in-house marketing team. Knowledge and experience with some form of project management software. Detail oriented problem solver and facilitator of process streamlining. Ability to work autonomously managing a budget and vendor negotiations. Effective communicator across verbal and written communications. Flexibility to work well with a variety of personalities and work styles. Nice To Haves Workamajig experience
