Job Description

Every day, people come to our apps to connect with friends and family, discover what's going on in the world, interact with businesses, find potential customers, and build community. Meta's Global Operations team exists to help them. Within Global Operations, Integrity Support Operations aims to create a safe, supportive environment for the people building community on our platforms by understanding the impacts of global and local trends and addressing and preventing negative experiences. The Information Integrity team empowers users to reduce harm and confusion from misleading content across our apps, through two core programs: Community Notes, our growing contributor-driven program, and Third-Party Fact-Checking (3PFC), which supports misinformation enforcement and global regulatory compliance. We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for mitigating real-world harm, protecting our community, and being the voice of our users. We count on our business systems analysts to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insights into user behavior in order to drive prevention and detection solutions at scale. By working cross-functionally, we identify and pursue areas for process and product improvement, enabling us to better protect our community at scale. And by focusing on decision quality, we ensure that we are held accountable for our actions. This role will work closely with partners across Engineering, Policy, and other Meta teams to drive operational projects in a fast-paced and data-driven environment on the Information Integrity Operations team.

  • Analyze complex support and review flows and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements to develop scalable solutions
  • Manage global and cross-functional projects to improve user experience while partnering with teams such as Policy, Data Science, Product, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors
  • Support elections and critical-event readiness, including planning, monitoring, and rapid response during high-priority periods
  • Drive strategy for execution, planning, measuring progress, and sharing results
  • Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication
  • Design, test and optimize prompts for AI models, stay updated on AI advancements, and create technical documentation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta
  • 4+ years experience in an operational/strategic role within a technology, policy, analytical, or operations field, or equivalent consulting experience
  • Experience resolving, communicating, and presenting issues and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated experience problem-solving with consistent execution and the ability to influence and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Analytically driven, with experience understanding nuances and patterns within large data sets
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global teams and diverse communities
  • Experience in Integrity, misinformation, elections, or content-policy operations
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
