The Mission

In this role, you aren’t just a note-taker; you are the bridge between big ideas and executed reality. You will work in a true AI-first environment, learning how to use the latest tools to optimize human talent and streamline complex projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Client Fly-on-the-Wall: Attend high-level client meetings across diverse industries.
• The "Translator": Distill chaotic, creative client discussions into structured, documented project plans.
• Traffic Control: Route tasks to the right team members and ensure the "trains stay on the tracks."
• Workflow Optimization: Help us find new ways to use AI to make our internal project management faster, better, and lower-stress.
