Project Overview

We are seeking native or near-native speakers across multiple languages to support a Creative Writing AI Training project.

AI Trainers will evaluate, improve, and create written content used to train advanced AI systems. This project focuses on writing quality, creativity, grammar, tone, cultural nuance, and editorial judgment. This is not a translation or interpretation role.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Work Type: Remote

Languages include:

Spanish, German, Arabic, Danish, Czech, English, Catalan, Bulgarian, Greek, Hinglish, Bengali, Tagalog, Afrikaans, Hindi, Indonesian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Welsh, French, Russian, Persian, Nepali, Telugu, Swahili, Chinese, Kannada, Urdu, Slovak, Japanese, Marathi, Korean, Tamil, Croatian, Italian, and Dutch.

Consultant Engagement Terms

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors or employers (subject to those vendors' allowances).

Responsibilities

Contributors will:

  • Evaluate AI-generated written content in their language of expertise
  • Review grammar, style, tone, clarity, and creativity
  • Compare and rank alternative responses
  • Provide editorial and linguistic feedback
  • Create original written content when required
  • Apply cultural and language-specific judgment to content evaluation
  • Follow project guidelines and quality standards

  • Well-reasoned assessments of content quality
  • Original writing samples that meet project requirements

Qualifications

Required

  • Native or near-native proficiency in at least one target language
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in:
  • Creative Writing
  • Journalism
  • Editing
  • Copywriting
  • Content Creation
  • Publishing
  • Communications
  • Language Education
  • Literature or Linguistics
  • Strong written communication and editorial skills
  • U.S.-based and authorized to perform project-based consulting work

Preferred

  • Professional editing or publishing experience
  • Experience teaching writing, literature, or language
  • Advanced degree in Writing, Literature, Linguistics, Journalism, Communications, or Education
  • Previous AI training experience (not required)
