Seven24Collective, the private membership club within Gansevoort Hotel Meatpacking, is seeking a dynamic and creative Programming & Communications Manager to help shape the member experience through elevated events, thoughtful storytelling, and community engagement.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, culture, wellness, and luxury lifestyle experiences. The Programming & Communications Manager will curate engaging member programming, oversee member-facing communications, and help foster a vibrant and connected community within one of downtown New York’s most exciting membership clubs.
About the Role
The Programming & Communications Manager will oversee Seven24Collective’s member programming, communications, and community engagement initiatives. This individual will play a key role in creating memorable experiences that align with the club’s core pillars: wellness, lifestyle, creativity, culture, and connection.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, hospitality-driven, socially engaged, and excited to bring innovative ideas to life in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Responsibilities
Programming & Events
• Curate and execute a dynamic monthly programming calendar including wellness activations, networking events, tastings, live entertainment, speaker panels, and cultural experiences
• Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, vendor management, talent booking, run-of-show execution, and post-event follow-up
• Collaborate with Membership, Operations, Marketing, and F&B teams to deliver seamless member experiences
• Support partnerships and brand collaborations that elevate the Seven24Collective experience
Communications & Content
• Manage member-facing communications including newsletters, announcements, digital messaging, and promotional campaigns
• Develop engaging written and visual content aligned with the Seven24Collective voice and brand identity
• Assist with content creation and coordination alongside photographers, creatives, and marketing partners
• Maintain a communications calendar supporting programming, partnerships, and member engagement initiatives
Community & Membership Engagement
• Serve as a visible and welcoming presence within the Club
• Build strong relationships with members and contribute to a community-focused atmosphere
• Support membership growth efforts through outreach initiatives, networking events, and prospective member engagement
• Represent Seven24Collective at select events and activations throughout NYC
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, lifestyle programming, events, communications, membership clubs, or related industries
• Strong event planning and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with platforms such as Mailchimp, Canva, Eventbrite, CRM systems, or similar tools preferred
• Energetic, collaborative, hospitality-focused personality with a passion for culture and community
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
