Our Production and Post and Post Production Department plays a crucial role in the physical production and post production of our projects, ensuring seamless operations on set and behind the scenes.

Position Overview: Maverick is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Production and Post Production Interns to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about commercial production and eager to gain hands-on experience working on set. As a Production and Post Production Intern, you will immerse yourself in the world of advertising and commercial production, supporting various aspects of the production and post process.

Responsibilities:

• Outreach research: Help the Production Department supporting research and outreach.
• Remote and On-Set Support: Assist the production team remotely and in person (if applicable), including setting up equipment, coordinating production, and ensuring a smooth production flow.
• Research and Coordination: Conduct research on directors, filming locations, vendors, and other production necessities. Assist in coordinating logistics for shoots.
• Communication and Documentation: Maintain clear communication channels between departments, create production reports, and assist in organizing production documents.
• Passion for Production and Post: Bring your energy, creativity, and passion for filmmaking to contribute to the overall success of our projects.
• Support post workflow and edits

Qualifications:

• Interest in physical production and post production
• Strong research skills with the ability to gather relevant information efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Some knowledge and experience on set, such as commercial, print, social media content, or related work (preferred).
• A genuine passion for the art of filmmaking, advertising and storytelling through short form.
