We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Product Owner to help guide the development and delivery of our digital products. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product outcomes in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver product features.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between cross-functional teams.

✅ Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and working with development teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time.
