Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Solutions Architect
San Jose, CA | Fulltime
Salary Range: $90,000-$130,000 a year

Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
• Minimum 8 years of experience with PLM platforms and product data management
• Knowledge of system integration (APIs, middleware, cloud architecture)
• Understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes
• Expertise in enterprise architecture and solution design
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
:• Design end-to-end PLM architecture aligned with Cisco’s business and engineering need
s• Work with stakeholders (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, IT) to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solution
s• Implement and integrate PLM systems (e.g., Agile PLM, Teamcenter, Windchill) with enterprise tools like ERP, CRM, and CAD system
s• Define data models, workflows, and governance for product data managemen
t• Lead solution design reviews, architecture decisions, and technical roadmap
s• Ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance with security standard
s• Support digital transformation initiatives related to product lifecycle and supply chaint
