We are currently seeking a Product Development Coordinator/Marketing Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys managing multiple moving pieces. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you will play a critical part in ensuring products move seamlessly from concept to delivery.

This is an onsite role based in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • You will serve as a central point of coordination across teams, helping ensure timelines are met and details are executed flawlessly.
  • Manage inspection, tracking, and movement of inbound and outbound sample shipments, ensuring timely crossfunctional approvals
  • Collaborate with Product Development on prototypes, including both product and packaging development
  • Support the creation of customer presentations and coordinate with the Creative team on marketing materials such as brochures, product launches, and digital assets
  • Support and assist with detailed product line lists and customerspecific program information
  • Conduct market research and instore assessments to identify trends and opportunities
  • Maintain sample inventory and product organization
  • Oversee daily administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency across the team
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as needed

Physical & Travel Requirements

This is a hands-on role that goes beyond a traditional desk position. The person in this role will actively manage and move product samples on a regular basis.

  • Frequent lifting is required, with moderate weight at 35+lbs (some items such as paper goods and candles can be heavy)
  • Regular movement, including loading, unloading, organizing, and transporting samples
  • Ability to travel between multiple local sites (up to 3 locations) as needed

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, organized, and fully engaged in the product process from start to finish.

WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in Product Development, Product Management, or Production preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with overseas manufacturing or production is a plus
  • Familiarity with product categories such as gifts, candles and novelty is beneficial.
