Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own “Fix the Funnel” conversion optimization end-to-end – mapping the customer journey from registration through first real money activation, surfacing full-funnel drop-off, and driving best-in-class journeys that convert efficiently and effectively.
  • Build and prioritize a conversion-focused roadmap in partnership with Product, CRM/Early Life, UX Research, and Analytics, holding the funnel accountable to clear conversion KPIs.
  • Design and run rapid test-and-learn programs across the growth function – hypotheses, A/B tests, and cohort readouts – to continuously lift registration-to-activation conversion.
  • Help deliver an industry-leading Unified Refer-a-Friend (RAF) program alongside our SBK counterparts – supporting the end-to-end product roadmap, seamless in-product sharing mechanics, and an incentivized referral ecosystem, nationwide.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Creative to optimize RAF performance and reward mechanics, and help build the playbook for scaling referral across the Predicts One App.
  • Support the always-on offer testing roadmap – contributing to offer scorecards and performance grading (volume, geo, value, paybacks) and a rapid experimentation cadence that identifies winning acquisition and activation mechanics.
  • Translate complex funnel, referral, and offer performance into clear, actionable insight and reporting for cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership, guiding where the team focuses and acts.
  • Partner across Commercial, CRM, Analytics, Product, and the broader Acquisition team to drive process improvement, and support planning and forecasting with accurate, up-to-date views of conversion and referral performance.
  • In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing, with a focus on conversion optimization, funnel/lifecycle, or consumer acquisition
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated experience owning or driving conversion-rate / funnel optimization and structured A/B test-and-learn programs
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills, particularly with Product, CRM/Retention, UX, and Analytics teams
  • Experience with referral (RAF) or lifecycle/CRM marketing a strong plus
  • Highly numerically literate with advanced Excel skills and experience building data visualization views
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating performance data into actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on objective performance measurement
  • Ability to distill complex analyses into clear, concise insights for a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Metrics-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement of marketing performance and customer journeys
