Responsibilities

• Support execution of integrated portfolio marketing programs, which include market research, digital marketing, sponsorships and events, content marketing, referral marketing, and targeted campaigns that advance visibility, engagement, and pipeline development.
• Maintain campaign plans, timelines, calendars, and trackers in Monday.com and related systems to ensure project visibility, deadline accountability, and alignment across marketing, business development, and practice stakeholders. in Monday.com, trackers
• Coordinate internally with other marketing teams, practice professionals, business development team members, and external vendors as needed to deliver content, list management, management, association coordination, advertising, public relations, and digital marketing initiatives efficiently and on brand.
• Collaborate with CohnReznick’s events team to ensure seamless webinar, trade show, sponsorship and hosted event coordination and logistics support; help track follow-up activities and update prospect, COI, and client lists in CRM.
• Monitor progress, risks, next steps, and stakeholder responsibilities for active marketing initiatives, providing timely updates that keep projects on deadline and accountable to agreed objectives.
• Support internal marketing efforts by engaging industry and service line teams to support campaign activities, including driving engagement on social media and to events.
• Coordinate the review and approval processes to deliver marketing and sales collateral, and webpages; utilize our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to maintain collateral including sell sheets, sales tools, datasheets, client references, web pages and case studies.
• Support contract management, invoicing, budget tracking, CRM updates, DAM maintenance, and campaign performance reporting to help measure marketing effectiveness and maintain accurate operational records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional services work experience; accounting, law or consulting firm experience a plus.
• Understanding of B2B marketing required, experience with professional services marketing preferred.
• Strong project coordination, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with an inquisitive mindset and the demonstrated ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the proven ability to juggle multiple tasks with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with marketing and client service professionals at all levels of the organization.
• Superior Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Teams, Marketing Automation, webinar platforms, and Marketing Project Management (e.g., Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, Monday.com, On24) a plus.
