You will own end-to-end video planning and buying across linear, streaming, and addressable TV, foster vendor partnerships and internal knowledge sharing, and drive high-quality, data-informed campaigns while implementing scalable processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Staying up-to-date on the latest video offerings in the marketplace, spanning linear TV, streaming video, and addressable TV, meeting with vendors to discuss product roadmaps and agency wishlists, building deep partner relationships, etc
  • Promoting a culture of shared learning and increasing visibility of video expertise within the agency
  • Delivering high-quality video planning & buying for clients, serving up a smart, thoughtful understanding of how video can achieve (and exceed) objectives and goals, using data & research
  • Establishing operational processes & executing with flawless attention to detail
  • Partnering with Precision teams who will handle execution and campaign maintenance, working cross-functionally to spread video knowledge and establish continuous communication with the activation team

Requirements

  • A four-year college education and two to three years of media planning and/or buying experience (preferably with some online experience)
  • An awareness of the video space – you are inspired by the rapid changes happening within it – and have a hunger to learn
  • Exceptional communication skills – you’re skilled at working on a team, and problem, and being flexible so you can roll with whatever challenges arise, client or internal
  • A strong, proven ability to teach analytic skills to others, developing, encouraging, and inspiring them to grow
  • Willingness to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces, and new ideas
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus
