Role Summary
As a Consultant, you will own workstreams and help solve complex business challenges by turning data, insights, and stakeholder inputs into actionable recommendations. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact consulting engagements while driving meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consulting workstreams from planning through execution.
- Develop business frameworks, transformation roadmaps, and strategic recommendations.
- Translate data and stakeholder insights into practical solutions.
- Own client deliverables and executive-level presentations.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Mentor and coach Associate Consultants.
- Support proposal development, pricing exercises, and business development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of consulting, strategy, transformation, or related experience.
- Proven experience independently managing workstreams and client deliverables.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare industry.
- Exposure to transformation, operating model, commercial excellence, market access, or organizational effectiveness projects.
- Experience managing client-facing engagements and executive stakeholders.
