Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms
Manage performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and other acquisition platforms
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for user acquisition, engagement, and ROI
Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign performance
Work closely with product and design teams to improve conversion funnels
Monitor key marketing metrics and provide insights for growth opportunities
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels
Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and best practices

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid acquisition channels
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with campaign data and metrics
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of results
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred
