Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across all platforms with a primary focus on maximizing ROI and minimizing CAC. Create and present monthly media buying plans and advertising budgets.
• Campaign Execution: Own the end-to-end management of paid campaigns, from setup and targeting to daily monitoring. Lead continuous A/B testing and write high-converting ad copy to improve performance.
• Technical Management: Manage the technical aspects of our ad platforms, including pixel configuration, event tracking via Google Tag Manager, UTM implementation, and conversion APIs.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare weekly performance forecasts and deliver detailed monthly reports on key metrics (ROAS, ROI, CAC). Conduct deep, full-funnel analysis to identify and act on optimization opportunities.
