Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Paid Campaign Management: Design, deploy, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
  • Conversion Rate & Funnel Optimization: Analyze user journeys, build tailored landing page strategies, and execute continuous A/B multivariate testing to improve conversion rates and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Data Analytics & Attribution: Monitor and report on core performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV) using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and attribution modeling tools.
  • Budget & Bid Management: Track daily campaign expenditure, execute automated bid strategies, and optimize budget allocations across high-performing marketing channels.
  • Creative Strategy & Messaging: Partner with design and content creation teams to produce high-converting ad copy, visual assets, and targeted audience segmentation strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist, Paid Search/Paid Social Executive, or Growth Marketer running multi-channel campaigns
  • Proven track record of managing substantial digital ad spend and delivering measurable ROAS improvements
  • Advanced technical mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting platforms (Looker Studio, Power BI, or Excel)
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and data-driven problem-solving capabilities
  • Must have the right to work in the UK without requiring employer sponsorship

Preferred

  • Google Ads or Meta Certified
  • degree in Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or Business
