Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Execution and Optimization Meta Ads Manager& TikTok Ads Manager - Independently create, launch, and manage campaigns, ad sets, and ads, including objectives, audiences, budgets, placements, creative, copy, and tracking parameters. - Manage prospecting, retargeting, and catalog campaigns. Monitor delivery, investigate performance changes, and implement improvements directly in Ads Manager. - Test audiences, creative, and messaging. Analyze performance by campaign, audience, placement, and product. - Work with E-commerce Merchandiser to create product sets and resolve catalog or feed issues. Google Ads - Personally build, launch, monitor, and optimize Search, Performance Max, and Shopping campaigns, including campaign structure, bidding, budgets, assets, and product groups. - Conduct keyword research and search-term analysis. Manage negative keywords and match types, and write and test search ad copy and supporting assets. - Review product-feed health in Google Merchant Center and coordinate fixes. - Align advertising with product launches, bestsellers, inventory availability, and ecommerce priorities. Advanced Analytics and Dashboard Development - Use GA4 reports and Explorations to analyze acquisition, landing pages, customer behavior, e-commerce funnels, conversion, and revenue. - Evaluate traffic quality and contribution across paid search, paid social, organic search, organic social, direct, referral, affiliate, email/SMS, and identifiable AI referrals. - Clean, combine, and validate large advertising and ecommerce datasets. Investigate changes in spend, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue across campaigns, audiences, products, and time periods. - Independently build dashboards in Google Data Studio / Looker Studio, including connecting data sources, creating calculated fields, and configuring filters and comparisons. - Bring together advertising, GA4, ecommerce, search visibility, and social listening data where available. - Design structured tests and evaluate results with attention to sample size, seasonality, conversion lag, data quality, and attribution differences. - Produce reporting that explains what changed, the likely reasons, and the recommended actions. Implement campaign improvements and measure the results. Budget Pacing, Allocation and Forecasting - Build and maintain Excel models for daily, weekly, and monthly budget pacing, remaining spend, month-end forecasts, and variance to plan. - Use advanced Excel functions, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and multi-step formulas, to create accurate reports and spending scenarios. - Recommend budget allocation across platforms and campaigns based on efficiency, growth opportunities, product priorities, and sales targets. - Work with the Ecommerce Department Lead and Finance team on forecasts. Identify overspend, underspend, and delivery risks early. Marketing Research, Search Visibility and Consumer Insights - Use Semrush and Google Search Console to research keywords, search intent, organic visibility, competitors, and content gaps. Recommend SEO improvements with ecommerce and content partners. - Support GEO—generative engine optimization—by evaluating brand mentions and citations in AI-generated answers, monitoring identifiable AI referral traffic, and testing content improvements. - Use Talkwalker, Brandwatch, or comparable social listening tools to create queries, dashboards, and reports covering brand sentiment, share of voice, emerging conversations, and competitor activity. - Conduct qualitative research through customer feedback, reviews, social conversations, and open-ended survey responses. - Conduct quantitative research using survey results, search trends, website behavior, and campaign data. Assess data limitations and identify meaningful patterns. - Translate research findings into recommendations for audience targeting, ad copy, creative, landing pages, content, and marketing investment.

Requirements

  • - At least two years of professional paid media experience; this role is suited to candidates with approximately two to four years of relevant experience. - Direct experience personally implementing, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing live campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager . - Hands-on Google Search, Performance Max, and Shopping experience. - Advanced Excel skills, including independently building budget pacing models, forecasts, and performance reports. - Strong GA4 proficiency and experience building Google Data Studio / Looker Studio dashboards from scratch. - Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical curiosity. You can validate complex datasets, investigate performance changes, evaluate tests, and explain how your findings should influence campaign or budget decisions. - Ability to combine qualitative and quantitative marketing research with a working knowledge of SEO, GEO, and social listening. - Strong ad copywriting, clear communication, and careful attention to campaign settings, tracking, and reporting accuracy. - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, business, statistics, data science, or a related field.

Preferred

  • Preferred Qualifications: - In-house paid media or performance marketing experience with a consumer or ecommerce brand, particularly in fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle. - Practical experience with Semrush and social listening platforms such as Talkwalker or Brandwatch, including setting up queries, dashboards, and reports. Experience with comparable tools is welcome. - SQL, Python, or Power Query skills for working with larger datasets, automating reporting, or conducting deeper statistical analysis.
