Responsibilities

• Paid acquisition across social media channels
• Design, test, and scale ads and related campaigns
• Continuously optimize audiences, creative, and funnel performance
• Maintain clear campaign structure, tracking, and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and performance metrics
• Ability to translate data into clear optimization decisions
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools for design, scripts and marketing campaigns
• Highly organized, self-directed, and consistent in execution
• Able to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally
• Experience using Hubspot, Google Analytics, Salesforce and similar technology tools is preferred
