Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Peptide and Hormone Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in peptide and hormone therapies, contributing to our mission to provide tailored solutions to our Telemedicine Company’s, clinics and patients. This expert can be a pharmacist, a nutritionist or marketing person. We need someone who can help our providers, customers, etc in creating an offering platform
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize compounding protocols for peptide and hormone formulations.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to assess patient needs and enhance treatment regimens.
- Create methodology and platform of products needed by Telemedicine Company’s and clinics to offer these products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in peptide and hormone therapy to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Educate patients and healthcare providers about peptide and hormone options, benefits, and potential side effects.
- Conduct quality assurance and control to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to pharmacy staff on peptide and hormone practices.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies for peptide and hormone services offered by the pharmacy.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) or related field, with a strong emphasis on biochemistry or pharmacology Is a Plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in using peptides and hormones solutions.
- In-depth understanding of peptide synthesis, hormone biosynthesis, and their metabolic pathways.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
