Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional patient-engagement projects from brief through launch, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-brand delivery
- Serve as the primary contact for selected patient-advocacy organizations, managing sponsorship deliverables and co-branded assets
- Coordinate logistics for educational and promotional events, including booth assets, shipping, staffing schedules, and lead-capture technology
- Consolidate marketing metrics from Digital Analytics and prepare executive dashboards linking engagement to pipeline and patient KPIs
- Track line-item spend, reconcile invoices, and maintain accurate budget forecasts
- Drive production timelines for patient videos, case studies, blogs, and other storytelling assets in partnership with Creative and Medical Affairs
Requirements
- 4–10 years of project or program-management experience in diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare marketing, or patient advocacy
- Experience working in Oncology or another regulated healthcare environment
- Direct or indirect experience with patient-focused educational campaigns and advocacy engagements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a healthcare, science, or business field preferred
